OTA - Over-the-Air
OTA heißt auf Deutsch übersetzt so viel wie "automatische Software-Update-Funktion". Es ist eine Möglichkeit Daten ohne Kabel auf dem Receiver zu bekommen. Die Daten werden direkt über einen Satelliten auf dem Receiver geschickt. So sind Software-Updates in kürzester Zeit möglich.
